Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and prioritize daily maintenance across equipment, facilities, and production areas
• oversee preventive maintenance, TPM schedules, and calibration
• manage mechanical, electrical, and automation breakdowns
• delegate work
• manage maintenance projects and contractors
• prepare budgets and capital proposals
• ensure health, safety, environmental, ISO, quality, and company compliance
• support root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• coach and develop the team
• monitor KPIs
• collaborate with departments and suppliers
• support emergency maintenance across a 24x7 operation.
