What you'll do

• Process, code, and route invoices across carrier freight bills, load invoices, equipment repair invoices, and corporate AP expenses
• reconcile carrier and vendor aging statements
• manage shared AP inboxes
• investigate billing discrepancies and payment inquiries
• coordinate issue resolution
• assist with weekly payment selections and unapplied credits
• maintain vendor and carrier records
• provide reporting and transactional support.
