Warehouse Associate

Job overview

The Warehouse Associate role is onsite in Roselle, IL, with Monday–Friday hours from 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Pay is $22–$25 per hour. The role supports Kendell Doors & Hardware’s project and production operations by managing incoming and outgoing materials. The associate receives, organizes, and ships hardware and related materials, maintaining accurate records and safe handling. Coordination with project managers, purchasing, and production helps ensure materials are available and delivered on time.

What you'll do

• Receive, verify, and process shipments in ERP systems
• operate forklifts and other equipment to move and stage materials
• label materials for jobs and work orders
• prepare shipments and documentation
• coordinate order status with project managers, purchasing, and production
• track freight claims
• maintain a clean and safe warehouse
• assist with inventory counts and local deliveries
• follow safety, PPE, and OSHA policies.
