Medication Aide, Assisted Living, is an onsite, part-time role in Lincoln, NE. Compensation is $18.00 per hour, with weekend shift differentials in addition to base pay. Orchard Park Assisted Living’s medication aide reports to the Resident Care Coordinator and supports resident safety and well-being. The aide prepares and administers medications as prescribed, maintains accurate records, monitors residents for reactions, and communicates with healthcare professionals. The role also provides limited resident support and helps maintain a safe, orderly living environment.

What you'll do

• Prepare and administer medications according to orders and the five rights
• maintain medication records
• communicate with nurses and physicians
• monitor and report adverse reactions
• conduct narcotic counts
• store and handle medications safely
• assist with medication changeovers
• respond to resident requests and support meal service and room cleanliness.
