What you'll do

• Lead daily store operations, including sales, inventory, staffing, and customer service
• train, coach, and motivate employees
• develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
• recruit, interview, hire, and onboard team members
• prepare schedules and ensure shifts are staffed
• monitor expenses and budgets
• oversee pricing, inventory, ordering, and product presentation
• maintain a clean, organized, safe store
• ensure company policies and safety standards are followed.

Why this role
