The role supports a welcoming attendee experience through guest assistance, event setup and cleanup, registration, crowd flow, and upkeep of event spaces.

What you'll do

• Greet attendees, scan or collect tickets, and direct guests to seating
• manage registration tables and crowd flow
• answer participant questions
• arrange furniture and install event equipment
• set up catering
• clean event spaces and remove temporary furniture and equipment
• support special events and community activities.
