What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site procedures
• respond calmly to incidents and concerns
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter
• monitor and report unusual activity and potential loss-prevention concerns
• assist with access control
• observe deliveries and vendors
• maintain incident and patrol documentation.
