What you'll do

• Support culinary operations across foodservice concepts
• coach kitchen managers and teams
• maintain recipe, portion, presentation, and flavor consistency
• lead training and field execution of menu items and programs
• assist product development and implementation
• identify cost, efficiency, and quality improvements
• support food cost, inventory, reporting, sanitation, and food safety
• assist with store openings, staffing, onboarding, and team development.
