Marketing Associate — Proposals and Business Development

What you'll do

• Lead RFQ and RFP responses and other marketing deliverables
• develop proposals and qualifications packages for government, higher education, and private-sector pursuits
• review submissions for responsiveness, accuracy, completeness, staffing and financial detail, and polished design
• manage proposal and presentation processes
• maintain brand templates and materials
• support pipeline tracking and maintain marketing records in the CRM
• participate in weekly team coordination meetings.
