• ensure cost-effective drug access and regulatory compliance
• address authorization inquiries and disputes
• lead staff, workload, and resource allocation
• mentor and develop employees
• coordinate with vendors and internal partners
• serve as a clinical escalation point for complex or high-risk issues.
