The Director of Distribution & Operations is an onsite leadership role based in Duluth, GA. The position offers an annual salary range of $260,000 to $350,000 and supports the Uline Georgia branch warehouse operations. This role is responsible for directing all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics. The Director leads by example on the warehouse floor, coaching managers and driving operational excellence to ensure high levels of productivity, safety, and service.

What you'll do

• Lead by example on the warehouse floor, working alongside employees to ensure high levels of accuracy, productivity and safety.
• Direct all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead a team of 500+ employees through daily feedback and hands-on leadership.
• Drive operational excellence through accountability and continuous improvement to deliver industry-leading service and same-day shipping.
• Investigate operational challenges, remove barriers and implement practical, data-driven improvements that strengthen warehouse performance.
