What you'll do

• Leads, coaches, and develops Quality Inspectors and Group Leads.
• Owns and improves the inspection process.
• Drives root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Partners with manufacturing leadership to establish containment actions.
• Tracks and reports plant KPIs related to quality, safety, cost, and delivery.
