What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair issues involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, hardware, masonry, painting, water features, and waste systems
• complete service requests safely and promptly
• perform turn-key work to prepare vacant apartments
• respond to resident requests and follow through on resolutions
• promote safe work practices and comply with applicable laws, building codes, and environmental regulations
• help prioritize maintenance tasks
• cover open shifts as needed
• remove snow from sidewalks, roof, and driveway
• may supervise associates or contractors.
