The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Stevens Point, WI. Pay is $21–$23 per hour. The technician supports the daily operation and physical upkeep of Impact Seven’s property. The role performs preventive maintenance and repairs across apartments and common areas, including plumbing, electrical, heating, appliances, and building components. It helps maintain safe, functional properties and responds to resident work requests and after-hours emergencies when scheduled.

What you'll do

• Test emergency lighting
• inspect building exteriors and vacant apartments
• complete repairs
• maintain doors, windows, locks, smoke detectors, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, and heating systems
• maintain trash areas and logs
• complete work requests within 24 hours and communicate delays
• perform drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs
• shovel snow and apply ice melt
• follow preventive maintenance and safety procedures
• carry a phone and respond to after-hours emergencies when scheduled.
