Accounts Payable Specialist – Temp-to-Perm

What you'll do

• Receive, review, code, and enter invoices
• match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents when applicable
• verify terms, documentation, and approvals
• resolve discrepancies
• prepare payment batches and process authorized payments
• reconcile vendor statements
• maintain vendor records and tax documents
• verify banking changes
• respond to vendor inquiries
• review expense reports
• monitor aging
• assist with month-end close, 1099 reporting, and audit documentation.
