The Civil Engineer - Project Manager is an onsite role based in Billings, MT. The base pay is up to $155,000 per year. This role supports the Water/Wastewater group at Morrison-Maierle. This role exists to lead the design and delivery of critical municipal water infrastructure projects. The Project Manager oversees the full project lifecycle, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and practical solutions that protect public health and support community growth.

What you'll do

• Lead municipal infrastructure projects
• serve as primary client contact
• prepare and lead client meetings
• analyze system deficiencies
• produce planning documents and cost estimates
• manage project lifecycle (scope, budget, schedule)
• lead bidding and construction-phase services
• mentor staff.
