What you'll do

• Interact with nursing staff to support care and staff development
• make rounds to evaluate resident care and staff performance and take corrective action as needed
• keep current on regulatory changes and medical practices and communicate updates
• direct and supervise supervisors and Unit Managers
• consult with nursing staff on the nursing process
• participate in problem-solving for residents’ special needs
• schedule and attend monthly staff meetings and maintain records.

Why this role
