BIM Technician

Job overview

The BIM Technician role is onsite in San Ramon, CA. Compensation is $62,000–$98,000 per year. The position supports PASE’s engineering and design team with building information modeling and construction documentation. The technician produces and coordinates BIM models and drawing deliverables, follows company standards, and communicates with project engineers about project requirements and discrepancies. This work helps the team prepare complete, coordinated construction documents and meet project deadlines.

What you'll do

• Produce BIM models and 2D/3D plan work, including sheet layouts
• create structural details for construction drawings
• prepare final deliverables to client requirements
• coordinate BIM assemblies, elements, and interfaces
• identify basic constructability issues and model gaps for resolution
• apply company drawing and BIM standards
• coordinate with project engineers on plans, workflows, deliverables, and schedules
• assist team members with project tasks and provide BIM support views and sections.
