The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Hagerstown, MD, with pay of $40–$45 per hour. The nurse supports skilled nursing care for people recently discharged from the hospital, those needing therapy, and those needing long-term care. The RN assesses residents, administers medications and treatments, and develops and carries out individualized care plans. Coordination with physicians, therapists, social workers, residents, and families supports safe, consistent care and oversight of the nursing team.

What you'll do

• Administer oral, topical, intravenous, and injectable medications
• provide wound care and prevention, pain management, and dressings
• assess health and monitor changes
• create, update, and execute individualized care plans
• coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and others
• educate residents and families
• document health status, care, progress, and interactions
• oversee and delegate to LPNs and CNAs.
