Route Sales Associate

The Route Sales Associate role is onsite in Pewaukee, WI. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime when needed. The role provides route relief and customer service for Farmer Brothers' coffee, tea, and related products.

What you'll do

• Deliver, replenish, and rotate beverage-station products on assigned routes
• keep equipment clean and working and complete at least one cup-quality check daily
• address customer issues and support customer satisfaction
• manage invoices, inventory, and collections on route
• identify distribution opportunities and execute promotions and pricing actions
• assist with inventory counts, warehouse duties, and basic brewing-equipment repairs or adjustments as assigned.
