What you'll do

• Define PMO decision rights, escalation paths, and cross-functional interfaces
• publish delivery standards and embed them in Kantata workflows
• govern statements of work, change orders, forecasts, risk registers, accounts receivable aging, and closeout
• own the Kantata roadmap and platform governance
• improve user experience and adoption
• maintain integrations and business rules
• oversee data integrity, revenue recognition monitoring, and leadership reporting
• coach engagement owners and serve as an escalation point for complex delivery issues.
