What you'll do

• Review plans, blueprints, bills of quantities, schedules, and related documents to estimate costs
• research suppliers and negotiate prices and quotes
• estimate project timelines
• identify and communicate financial or logistical risks and plan variations
• prepare and submit quotes, proposals, technical documents, and submittal data
• coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal staff
• market the company and identify future business opportunities
• meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• use commercial, ductless, unitary, software, and manufacturer web tools.
