SEC Reporting Manager

The SEC Reporting Manager role is onsite or hybrid in Pittsburgh, PA. Pay is $70–$90 per hour, W2, DOE. RGP provides on-demand talent, consulting, and outsourced services to organizations. What you'll do

• Lead preparation and review of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, and other disclosures
• coordinate quarterly and annual reporting
• prepare and review financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A
• manage disclosure checklists
• assess disclosure impacts of accounting transactions and standards
• coordinate cross-functional information gathering
• liaise with external auditors
• review XBRL tagging
• support SOX controls
• monitor regulatory changes
• improve reporting processes.
