What you'll do

• Maintain the fixed asset system
• prepare journal entries and general ledger accounts
• assist with month-end and year-end close
• perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
• support accounts payable and receivable
• prepare financial reports and schedules
• analyze financial data and investigate discrepancies
• prepare audit documentation
• support budgeting and forecasting
• post daily cash transactions
• maintain prepaids and recurring entries
• collaborate with internal departments.
