What you'll do

• Operate dishwashing equipment and cleaning supplies
• wash, sanitize, and dry utensils, equipment, and other items
• return and restock items
• maintain dishwashing machinery and report issues
• monitor cleaning supplies
• assist with back-of-house and restroom cleanliness
• empty garbage and maintain clean garbage areas
• follow safety and sanitation procedures
• work a variety of hours, days, and shifts, including weekends.
