What you'll do

• Coordinate work orders for occupied and vacant units and building exteriors, including emergencies
• supervise and assign work to maintenance technicians
• coordinate appliance deliveries and supplies
• assist with move-in and move-out inspections
• conduct final inspections of prepared units
• coordinate preventive maintenance
• monitor work for compliance with Miami-Dade Building Code
• evaluate technician performance
• participate in hiring, training, and budget planning
• serve on call one week every four weeks.
