Assistant Property Manager

The Assistant Property Manager role is onsite in Wenatchee, WA, supporting Park View, Cedarwood, and Castlerock, which together have 371 units. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Compensation is $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience. 11Residential’s mission is to provide a quality living environment that enriches residents’ lives. The role supports day-to-day community operations, resident service, leasing, and maintenance coordination. Working with the Property Manager, the assistant helps keep operations compliant and efficient while developing the skills to assume the manager’s responsibilities in their absence.

What you'll do

• Resolve resident, prospective resident, and team concerns with timely follow-up
• oversee rent and fee collection and delinquency follow-up
• support financial recording and reporting
• prepare resident communications
• act as Property Manager in their absence
• maintain Fair Housing and other legal compliance
• manage leasing from inquiry through move-in
• support marketing and advertising accuracy
• conduct property walks and move-in/move-out inspections
• coordinate with maintenance staff.
