Special Events Coordinator

What you'll do

• Respond to event inquiries
• guide clients through booking
• prepare proposals, pricing, and rental agreements
• conduct venue tours
• coordinate food, beverages, golf activities, room setup, timing, and special requests
• oversee events as needed
• maintain client and staff communications
• conduct community outreach and develop local partnerships
• assist with promotional campaigns.
