What you'll do

• Lead, hire, coach, and develop a team of 4–5 Technical Product Managers
• set strategy and prioritization for driving behavior clusters
• oversee portfolio readiness, risk, roadmaps, and KPIs
• ensure defensible safety-critical release criteria
• incorporate rider feedback and operational learnings
• communicate status and trade-offs to executives
• partner with autonomy engineering, metrics, safety, and user research leaders.
