Transition Specialist / Job Coach

What you'll do

• Prepare and instruct Pre-ETS sessions
• travel to assigned schools
• use virtual support services when warranted
• complete accurate documentation and assessments
• collaborate on scheduling and curriculum
• attend IEP or PCP meetings as needed
• support volunteer work, worksite tours, mock interviews, and paid employment
• provide individualized worksite training and supervision
• conduct job and task analyses and job matching when required
• coordinate with participants, employers, families, and agency personnel.
