What you'll do

• Serve as the subject matter expert on medical, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary, and ancillary benefits
• evaluate carrier renewals, product enhancements, and market opportunities
• monitor regulatory developments
• advise clients on benefits strategy, plan design, contribution modeling, and funding arrangements
• support sales presentations, prospect discovery, RFPs, and competitive analyses
• train internal teams
• evaluate carrier partnerships, participate in negotiations and reviews, analyze enrollment and utilization data, and support new product implementation.
