What you'll do

• Own university recruiting strategy, school portfolio, annual plan, calendar, and budget
• lead hiring demand collection and requisition timing for interns, co-ops, and conversions
• build campus relationships and represent the company at recruiting events
• run full-cycle recruiting for intern, co-op, and new graduate roles
• maintain structured evaluation and interview calibration
• coordinate offers and intern onboarding
• partner on mentorship, projects, reviews, and events
• manage intern conversion and report recruiting metrics.
