What you'll do

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, addenda, and bid documents
• perform quantity and material takeoffs
• prepare estimates and proposals
• obtain vendor pricing
• track bids and awarded projects
• coordinate materials, fabrication, scheduling, and installation
• communicate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• attend job walks and project meetings as needed.
