Pediatric Registered Nurse, 1:1 Home and School Care

The Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) provides onsite 1:1 care in Upper Saddle River, NJ, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, at $45 per hour. The nurse supports an 11-year-old child and collaborates with Affirmed Home Care’s expanding Pediatric Division. The role provides individualized nursing support across the school day, following the established plan of care, monitoring clinical status, and communicating changes to the family and clinical team.

What you'll do

• Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care
• accompany the child from home to school and provide support throughout the school day
• monitor condition and respond to clinical changes and respiratory complications
• provide G-tube feedings and related care
• collaborate with family and clinical leadership
• follow the plan of care
• maintain clinical documentation
• and communicate changes to the care team.
