Journeyman Industrial Maintenance Technician is an onsite position in Greensburg, IN, with 12-hour day and night shifts available. The technician maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs industrial production equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. This work supports safe, reliable manufacturing operations and timely response to equipment breakdowns.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480V, including motors, drives, PLCs, and controls
• diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• maintain presses, furnaces, conveyors, robotics, and automated equipment
• interpret blueprints and schematics
• weld and fabricate as needed
• support safety and continuous improvement
• respond to breakdowns.
