What you'll do

• Support Trust Relationship Managers in servicing client relationships while adhering to risk control and compliance policies.
• Assist in the regular review of trust structures in line with HSBC's risk management framework.
• Facilitate and coordinate across departments, service providers, and professional advisors to complete client servicing requirements.
• Assist with preparation for client meetings.
• Identify ways to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
• Manage conflicting priorities to ensure expectations of clients and internal stakeholders are met.
• Correspond and interact effectively with all levels of seniority.
