What you'll do

• Quote, pull, and process parts orders
• verify part numbers against VINs, service bulletins, and campaigns
• process warranty parts claims
• order parts and track turnaround
• maintain inventory through receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
• coordinate with technicians and service advisors
• keep the counter and stockroom organized
• serve internal and walk-in customers.
