What you'll do

• Support the Center Director with daily operations
• maintain accreditation documentation
• conduct classroom walkthroughs
• support curriculum implementation and developmentally appropriate practices
• assist with staff onboarding, training, and coaching
• monitor licensing compliance, ratios, health and safety, and documentation
• assist with scheduling and classroom coverage
• and communicate with families.
