What you'll do

• Promote museum programming and events through digital, social, print, and broadcast media
• maintain the events calendar and community listings
• write press releases and news articles
• manage social media, website, Google AdWords, Facebook, and Instagram
• send twice-monthly supporter emails
• assist with membership and donor recruitment and records
• manage brand materials and design event and fundraising materials
• coordinate with a design firm on occasional large projects
• support programs and events
• coordinate with instructors and artists
• serve as onsite contact for sponsored events
• schedule Event Assistants
• promote facility rentals, especially mid-week rentals.
