Fitness Coach

Job overview

The Fitness Coach role is onsite in Boulder, CO. Compensation is $29 per class, with an opportunity to earn per-class revenue share based on experience and qualifications. [solidcore] coaches lead the company’s signature 50-minute, low-impact strength classes. The coach guides clients through workouts, teaches use of resistance-based machines, and provides support and motivation to participants with different skill levels. The role helps create an inclusive fitness space and build relationships within the studio community.

What you'll do

Why this role

Comprehensive paid training is provided; prior fitness teaching experience or certification is not required. Availability includes at least 15 weekday hours, six classes per week, one full weekend day, and at least three holidays per year.
