What you'll do

• Conduct biopsychosocial and ASAM assessments, risk screenings, and level-of-care recommendations
• facilitate individual, group, and family therapy in person and via telehealth
• lead SAIOP/SAPHP groups using evidence-based modalities
• develop and monitor treatment plans
• provide crisis intervention and safety planning
• complete assessments and service plans
• submit and follow up on authorizations
• participate in team meetings and treatment reviews
• communicate with managed care organizations.
