The Hot Deli Manager (In Training) role is onsite in Richmond, CA. Training pay is $20–$25 per hour. 99 Ranch Market is an Asian supermarket chain, and this management trainee program develops retail and operations leadership through hands-on training and rotations. Over 6 to 8 months, the trainee receives training and evaluations before qualified candidates are assigned to a store department. The role prepares the trainee to manage daily department operations, products, inventory, employees, and customer service while supporting store standards and sales goals.

What you'll do

• Complete training and evaluations
• after training, qualified candidates are assigned to a store department and handle department procedures, product knowledge, planning, ordering, organization, and supervisory duties. Manage daily operations, work with store management on promotions and sales targets, maintain product displays and freshness, receive and inspect poultry shipments, manage inventory using FIFO, schedule employees, coach and train staff, and maintain a safe, clean workplace. Travel between stores for training is required
• relocation may be necessary.
