IT Field Technician, On-Call

The IT Field Technician role provides onsite support to residential and small-business customers in the St. Louis metro area and other U.S. locations; compensation is $35 per hour for onsite IT and POS work. What you'll do

• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS issues
• resolve Wi-Fi, router, and wired network problems
• install and configure printers and scanners
• replace or upgrade hardware
• reinstall operating systems
• document work and communicate with customers
• install and support POS systems and Cat5e or Cat6 cabling
• perform outdoor TV mounting and basic AV setup.
