What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors while following security procedures and site policies
• respond calmly to incidents and property concerns and escalate according to procedures
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, common areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations
• complete accurate and timely reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation.
