Area Sales Manager

What you'll do

• Hire, train, recruit, supervise, develop, and mentor the service sales team
• develop the annual service sales budget, forecasts, goals, quotas, and KPIs
• establish an annual review process
• build relationships with key service customers
• review sales reports and dashboards and communicate trends and corrective actions to senior leadership
• lead sales and operations collaboration and the service sales cost review process
• guide process improvements in recruiting, training, estimating, booking, and operations turnover
• participate in industry events and national product shows
• drive accountability for order intake and gross margin quotas.
