The Experienced Personal Trainer role is onsite in Moorestown, NJ. Pay is $15.92–$30.00 per hour. Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness operates health clubs and supports fitness and wellness services. The trainer develops and delivers individualized exercise programs, assesses client progress, and supports client enrollment and retention. The role also contributes to the fitness center’s service standards and works with the Fitness Leader and team to develop the trainer’s business and professional skills.

What you'll do

• Develop a business plan with the Fitness Leader
• provide Healthy Start and Safe Start appointments
• conduct fitness assessments
• enroll and renew clients
• create progressive personalized exercise programs
• manage client files, schedules, reminders, and progress documentation
• identify special-population needs
• maintain fitness-floor equipment and cleanliness
• participate in team meetings and marketing activities.
