What you'll do

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO standards and regulations
• lead ISO certification activities and internal and external audits
• develop quality procedures, inspection standards, testing methods, and process controls
• monitor quality metrics and reduce defects, scrap, and rework
• oversee manufacturing QA and QC
• manage warranty claims, complaints, root-cause investigations, and corrective/preventive actions
• partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Support
• manage supplier quality
• maintain calibration programs, inspection records, and documentation
• coach quality personnel
• support customer quality reviews and site visits as needed.
