What you'll do

• Assign and delegate daily tasks and monitor receiving, picking, and shipping goals
• train and mentor team members on procedures, safety, and equipment
• answer team questions and escalate complex issues
• operate forklifts and pallet jacks
• conduct quality checks on packed orders and inventory
• and promote company safety policies and procedures.
