Job overview

The Data Scientist, Data & Analytics role is an onsite contract position based in Hermitage, TN. Compensation is not specified for this role, which supports business decisions by partnering on a cross-functional team to understand complex data relationships. This role exists to build core data science models and create insights that can be adopted into real business workflows. The incumbent will develop repeatable pipelines and deliver decision-ready outputs to support measurement and decision-making.

What you'll do

• Extract, shape, and validate data using SQL to create analytically-ready datasets.
• Build and improve models and pipelines by developing basic data science models and creating data pipelines for model training.
• Communicate insights clearly by explaining methodology choices, building dashboards/visualizations to validate outputs, and translating results into implications and recommendations.
