Job overview

The Lead HVAC Installation Technician role is onsite in Zion, IL, with annual pay of $80,000–$125,000, including base pay and commission. Kern Heating & Cooling installs, services, and repairs heating, cooling, and ventilation systems for customers in the Beach Park area.

What you'll do

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects, install heating and cooling systems to applicable building code requirements, and direct and train the Install Helper. Work collaboratively to meet installation standards. Related experience, a clean driving record, and strong communication skills are required
• at least three years of residential installation experience is preferred. A background check and drug screening are required.
